Recreation

When recreation is done right, it can connect people from all walks of life. When it is done wrong it can be a barrier. The value of park space has been undeniable amidst the pandemic, creating oases for social interaction. Away from public parks, residents should be empowered to recreate on open space that exists on multi-family buildings. New and existing multi-family developments should have functional open space that residents can use to play, garden or other forms of recreation.
